* Participants will enroll the SGI starting from the date of registration to the congress to the end of 2019
The registration to the SGI will give the right to take advantage of all the facilities reserved for members registered with SILVER type (Rendiconti online and Italian Journal of Geosciences online). The registration will start from the date of payment of the conference fee and will be valid until December 31, 2019. From that date the Member can choose to pay the membership fee 2020 or cancel his registration by email.

*** Participants having paid their annual membership fee for 2019 to the Società Paleontologica Italiana (SPI)

All registration fees include Icebreaker party, coffee point access and buffet lunches.
The congress material is NOT guaranteed for the participants who will make the payment "on-site".

FULL and REDUCED fees entitle you to access for all the days of the congress.
The DAILY fee entitles you to access for only one chosen day.

Undergraduate, graduate, PhD students and Post-Docs are entitled to the REDUCED fee. The status must be certified by the scientific tutors and transmitted to the secretariat of the Italian Geological Society (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.) or delivered to the registration desk in case of on-site payment. The REDUCED fee also applies to retired persons.


SGI MEMBERS
The registration fees are net and VAT exempt. For the registration of members, the secretariat will issue a receipt, not an invoice even when payment is made by the Public Institution to which members belong.

NON-SGI MEMBERS
The registration fees for "non- SGI members" include VAT and an invoice will be issued accordingly.

PAYMENTS
Online payments by credit card and bank transfers may be made until 24 June 2019. On the same day, the online registrations will be closed to allow the Secretariat to prepare receipts and invoices that will be included in the congress material. Those who cannot meet this deadline and will make the transfer after June 24 must show at the desk the bank receipt and any order form, if the payment was made by their administrative office.
We invite everyone to check the status of the registration on their personal page on the congress website and to contact the Secretariat  (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.) to immediately resolve any problems relating to payments.

If payment is made by order form, a copy of the same must be sent to the secretariat of the Italian Geological Society (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.).

WARNING: The payment method will be indicated in the summary of data that will be displayed after sending the registration form (User Panel) duly completed.

GALA DINNER
The payment of the Gala dinner will be made directly at the congress, while in the registration form it is advisable to indicate the intention to participate. The Gala dinner will take place in the Honor Courtyard, and it costs 65 €.
