A formal letter of invitation for the 3rd International Congress of Stratigraphy STRATI 2019 to help to apply for visas is available on request. This letter does not imply any financial obligation by the Congress organizers. Participants who require a support letter for visa application are invited to contact the organizing committee (This email address is being protected from spambots. Please note for security purposes, letters of invitation can only be sent to individuals officially registered at the Congress.
You are responsible for all travel arrangements, including the acquisistion of visa and of sufficient local currency for your stay. You have to apply for a visa as early as possible to allow adequate time to process your paperwork. Requests for paper documents by mail should be done by April 15th. After that date the applicant will be asked to refund the postal expenses.
